பொதுவாள் poduvāḷ, பெ. (n.)

   1. பொது மாந்தன் பார்க்க;see podu-manidan.

   2. கோயில் மேற்பார்வைப் பணி செய்யும் மலையாள சாதியினார்; a caste in malabar whose hereditary occupation is temple management.
